Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Open Connection, a Telus Authorized Dealer, offers consumers leading edge mobile technology, home phone, internet and television solutions. Our team members know more about connectivity technology than anyone else! We are growing fast and are looking for a recent marketing graduate or someone who has the proven expertise, knowledge and creativity to help retain and acquire new customers.

Overview of the position:

Formulate and execute methods of retaining clients
Create and implement plans and strategies for acquiring new clients.
Contact clients directly via email, social, and text message campaigns.
Set up and implement a referral system including a referral incentive system.
Manage and update CRM databases
Qualify lead lists and customers for distribution to representatives funnelsOutbound calling to acquire new customers in key segment areas i.e. TV and Internet
Conduct customer satisfaction analysis with existing client baseAssist in event planning and event coordination
Assist in creating advertising and promotional materials

Requirements:

Excellent English verbal skills and above average communication skills
Ability to work effectively and succeed in a fast paced environment
Experience in customer service and sales is an asset but not necessary Knowledge of social media platforms an asset
Background in marketing and promotions an asset full time availability

Position is based out of our Ladner head office.
