Client Care Rep -- Call Centre

What you will be doing:

You will be a pivotal member of our Post-Customer Care team.

Your daily activities will include:

-Calling back our valued customers to insure all their needs were met

-Providing them answers to any questions or concerns they may have

-Directing them to the necessary channel if you do not have the answer

-Other duties will include supporting our retail and outbound business team.

You need to love to talk: being upbeat is essential to this role, along with the ability to up-sell.

An essential element of this role will be to seek out and analyze sales opportunities, giving you the opportunity to earn extra income along the way.
