About the position:
You’re going to be working in the Head Office as an administrative liaison to our nine retail
locations. You will start with an introduction to our processes and daily tasks. As you shadow
your mentor, you will learn of the many different services and products we provide, and how our
policies and procedures are incorporated in the company. We want to work with your strengths
and help you grow.
We are looking for experts who can work well in a team, and get along with their co-workers
while maintaining a super positive and optimistic attitude.
Your main responsibility is to be awesome at your job and a pleasure to be around. In addition
to that you will have to:
Answer phones and direct calls
Manage records, produce reports and book keeping
Departmental support to Senior management and Sales
Perform general office duties
You must have minimum 3 years administrative work experience, or 2 years post-secondary
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You must have an advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
You must have excellent problem solving, creative thinking, and self-motivation skills.
You must be able to work without direct supervision.
You must have a clean driving record and be willing to submit to a background check.
You must be able to clean up after yourself and refill the coffee if you take the last cup.
You must be willing to continue your education in the field of administration.
You must be active or knowledgeable in the social web (blogs, facebook, youtube, twitter, etc).
